Stayed here with my dog and overall really enjoyed this apartment.

Really comfortable experience for family Christmas visit. Everything fantastic, a wide array of cafes and bars for breakfast. Exceptionally comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows. Marvellous and awesome location really close to bars and pubs. Right at the heart of the city.

Had a very comfortable stay for family Christmas visit. Its location was marvellous, not too far from a Norman manor house.

From start to finish - a PERFECT experience for family Christmas visit. Situated in a magnificent spot. Centre around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Near Dundee airport, 15 km. Nice welcome from host.

This place is located in a beautiful setting, close to pubs, shops, restaurants, and the promenade.

The value for money at The Fuzzy Duck was excellent, with a cozy and beautifully decorated room that had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the promenade and railway station. Ilona, our host, was attentive, making sure we had all the necessary instructions and even providing thoughtful extras like food and reading material.

More breakfast choices would have been great, but it was a minor thing compared to the overall amazing experience we had at The Fuzzy Duck.

This charming accommodation is perfectly situated near the water with lovely pubs and restaurants just a short walk away. the rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the owner's thoughtful touches, like a stocked fridge and gifts, make you feel incredibly welcome. It's also a dog-friendly place, with amenities provided for your furry friend. Plus, the location allows for scenic promenade walks.

Some minor issues were reported, such as slight difficulty in finding the property and a potential need for additional towel racks in the bathroom.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem in a central location. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home with a personalized welcome pack and all the amenities we needed. The owner was thoughtful and even provided treats for our dog. Plus, the beachfront promenade just a minute away was perfect for walks. We loved exploring Broughty Ferry and would definitely recommend staying here. a fantastic experience.

What a perfect place for a romantic escape! We were pleasantly surprised with the warm welcome and the attention to detail. The breakfast items and fridge goods provided were a lovely touch, and the personalized gift left for us was a sweet gesture. The location was also excellent, close to the estuary and within walking distance of the town center. We loved the beautifully decorated flat and the comfortable bed. Plus, the communication with the host was great throughout our stay.

the size of the bed was a bit small for our liking. It would have been better if it was bigger and more spacious.
